For news, I generally rely on the internet since I am at work all day and can't watch TV....i.e. The Week ( a href="http://www.theweekdaily.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.theweekdaily.com/a ) or NY Times ( a href="http://www.nytimes.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.nytimes.com/a ) But, when I do get a chance to watch TV, I rely on CSPAN, CNN, and MSNBC.
