How do I live with these f•••••• annoying roomates?

Everytime I walk on the kitchen floor even when I'm like really starving and this always during night time one of them comes up and says rudely " go to sleep" especially the girl and I just feel like slapping the girl roomate in the face....what should I do my parents don't want them to move out cuz they all are best friends. But I wouldn't mind
