Is Justin Credible a member of the Kliq?

The famous behing the scenes wrestling group of friends who became known as 'The Kliq' whos members were staple members of two of the biggest wrestling stables in pro-wrestling history nWo and DX: Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Sean Waltman. However, ive seen things like internet sites and other thing depicting the pro-wrestler Justin Credible to be a part of this group. Im reading Shawn Michaels autobiography at the moment and ive read the parts concerned with 'The Kliq' and he gives no reference to Justin Credible being a part of this fraternity. Im just wondering what other people think? Was Justin Credible an actual member of 'The Kliq'? I do know he was in the WWF around he time of 'The Kliq' wrestling as Aldo Montoya. He was never a member of nWo or DX and he was in a stable in 2001 in WWF with Waltman known as 'X-factor'. It also mentions on his wikipedia page he befriended 'The Kliq' with Scott Hall serving as a mentor to him. What does everybody think? Should or should he not be considered as an actual member of 'The Kliq'? Im thinking maybe he could have been but in a marginal sense compared to the other members.
